General terms and conditions
- All prices exclude VAT or TAX applicable in your country, we do not charge VAT or TAX for our download joomla extensions. This may however apply to your country of residence however that is up to you and your respective Countries VAT or TAX laws.
- All prices exclude shipping and delivery fees if applicable, however this does not apply to our download extensions, these are delivered inclusive to sales price.
- Prices are subject to change without any prior notice and Gordejev reserves the right to change prices if required at Gordejev 's own will.
- Images are an indication of final product and may differ from product purchased.
- All quotations given by Gordejev are only valid for 7 calendar days from quotation date.
- All accounts for any form of services rendered are due on invoice date - Strictly COD (Payment made through payment gateway for example) unless prior arrangement (such as monthly debit or recurring purchase) has been made.
- All joomla extensions will be delivered via mail as download link (or zip arhive in attachment), this is automated and will happen as quick as possible however Gordejev takes no responsibility for delays in downloads due to unforeseen circumstances. Download extensions may also be available on site.
- Gordejev reserves the right to accept or deny any services offered to any customers based on Gordejev 's own discretion.
- Gordejev can not be held liable for any data loss, specifically when supporting clients through client site, or through any service provided by Gordejev .

- Gordejev may monitor the content of emails sent and received via our network for viruses or unauthorized use and for other lawful business purposes.
- Gordejev does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage arising from a virus in any email or attachment.
Refunds, Returns and Version Updates
Any downloads purchased from Gordejev will have it's purchase refunded (If requested by the client) only if the following:
- The download file is found to be corrupt on our server.
- The extension download does not meet it's advertised expectation.
- Any staff at Gordejev feel that the refund is justified.
- Excluding the above, all purchases are non-refundable after 1 week from purchase date unless communication or a support ticket regarding the purchase is in effect with the client.
- Version Update to purchased extensoins will be available free of charge for minor updates but major updates and releases will be treated as new sales or dicounted sales to existing clients.
Warranty and Support
- Gordejev does not warranty or guarantee these products in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party extensions, components, mambots, modules or other products.
- We are supporting our extensions 3 months backwards. Such a decision has been made because it is impossible to support them all. We cannot afford it as there are updates and extensions released continually therefore we would like to put emphasis on certain products so as not to disappoint you but satisfy your needs.
